Celeste Clark commits to the Dinos
Celeste Clarke, a 5'11" forward from Dr. E.P. Scarlett High School in Calgary has committed to the Dinos program for next year. "What a great start to our recruiting," states Coach Harle. "Celeste brings so many great things to our team but I am most impressed with her skill package. She is one of the most fundamentally sound high school players I have seen in a while. Her involvement in the Canada Basketball Centre for Performance as well as being part of a great high school program have certainly paid off. I think she will be an interesting matchup for other teams. She has the toughness to guard a post but also possesses great perimeter skills. You don't see many players her size that can knock down the three point shot. On top of all that, she is a quality person who will add to the great team chemistry we already have. I am excited about what she will bring to a young team that is ready to make it's mark next season in Canada West." Celeste and her family moved to Calgary a year ago from Regina where she represented her province at the Canada Summer Games last August.
